Returns & Exchanges

At Duck Head, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
